This has been something that I’ve struggled with on and off throughout my network marketing career. How much support should I give? And how much is too much?
I tend to want to do everything to help my team members be successful, but what I’ve found is that rather than helping them be successful, what I’ve actually done is enabled them.
It’s a little like with your kids. If you give them everything, they never learn how to do it for themselves.
We’ll talk about the fact that there is no correlation between how much upline support someone gets and how successful they are.
We’ll talk about what it actually takes to be successful… and hint… hand-holding is not what it takes.
We’ll talk about duplication – what it is and how to create it in your team.
We’ll talk about how the best thing you can do to help your people be successful is to be wildly successful yourself, and why that’s so important.
We’ll talk about what kind of support is helpful to your team members.
We’ll talk about having a 100% duplicatable system, why that is important, and what it should include.
We’ll talk about where to spend your time.
And we’ll talk about how to get someone started in your business.
