Today, let’s talk about what to do if you have a bad upline, or your upline doesn’t support you, or you aren’t on the same wavelength as far as how to work your business.
So we talked about this a little bit on my last podcast. I’ve had no upline, I’ve had a pretty good upline, and an OK upline… and really it hasn’t made too much difference in my business. In fact, my business flourished the most when I knew without a doubt that my success was up to me. If you want to hear more about that, listen to my last podcast. You’ll find it at LynnHuber.com/049.
So with that being said, nobody is perfect. We all make mistakes. We are dealing with human beings, and we all have issues, strengths and weaknesses. So it’s very unlikely that you’ll ever have that perfect upline.
We’ll talk about what qualifies someone as a bad upline.
We’ll talk about making the most of what you do have available in your current upline, and how to go upline to find the help you need.
We’ll talk about how having a wonderful upline is a great benefit, but it’s very important to not use that upline as a crutch in your business.
We’ll talk about how the power in your business comes from your taking 100% responsibility, and your commitment to make it to the top, No Matter What!
And we’ll talk about how you can’t be everything to everybody, and how when you get to the top, some people will think you’re a bad upline.
