You recruit someone into your business and then they don’t even get started! Can you believe it! That’s so incredibly frustrating, right! How can someone see the opportunity, pay good money to get started… and then do nothing? I don’t get it! It’s crazy! But it is reality. It happens all the time in our business.
Obviously we can’t make someone do something they don’t want to, just like making a horse drink water. But there are some things we can do to help them want to do them.
We’ll talk about connecting with your team members to find out what’s really important in their life. What are they missing that you can help them get?
We’ll talk about showing your team members what other people, just like them, are achieving, and help them see that they too can achieve those things.
We’ll talk about events and why they’re so important.
We’ll talk about serving your team members cookies & cream – what that means and why it makes a difference.
We’ll talk about relationships, and why they’re so important to our business.
And we’ll talk about staying with them until they are on their own two feet. This is one of the most rewarding parts of our business – we have the ability to make a huge impact in so many people’s lives, and those blessings come back to us ten-fold!
