Today let’s talk about becoming a Master. You know… it doesn’t matter what profession you look at, the 80/20 rule applies. The top 20% of the people in the field make 80% of the money, or 80% of the sales. And when you really look at it, the top 2-3% are the ones that become a Master at their profession.
And that’s where it’s at right? When a high schooler looks at becoming a football star, does everyone tell him not to bother? After all, only a couple of students ever get far enough to play professional football. And if he’s offered a football scholarship should he turn it away? So what separates the top earners from the average earners?
I believe it is the determination to become a Master at your craft – not just good at it, but a Master!
We’ll look at several people you’ll recognize such as Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, and Steve Jobs, and what they did to become the top in their profession.
We’ll look at the top income earners in Network Marketing – what it takes for them to become a Master in their profession.
We’ll talk about becoming better – working on your skills and your personal growth.
We’ll talk about avoiding getting into “Management Mode” in your Network Marketing business, or getting stuck at a rank you’ve achieved.
We’ll talk about how to develop your team members.
We’ll talk about the mindset of top earners in our profession.
And we’ll talk about why being a servant leader is so important in our profession.
