HBS067 – Managing Your Contacts Welcome to my weekly Home Business Success Podcast.

Today I want to talk about managing your contacts.   We’ll go over a couple of ideas to help you stay on top of your contacts, making sure nobody falls through the cracks, and how to make the most of the most important piece of your business.

We’ll talk about different ways to manage your list, whether you’re using paper to keep track, a program like I use (Big Contacts), or how to find others, some of which are very powerful.

We’ll talk about what typical pricing is for Contact Managers

We’ll talk about how to use a free system like Gmail and Google Calendar to handle all your contact needs, and how to decide if that’s the right system for you. I also give you some tips to help you if you decide to take this route.

We’ll talk about how to take notes on your contacts and what types of notes to take.

We’ll talk about how to use your contact manager to just stay in touch with your contacts about 3-4 times per year to build that relationship with them over time.

And we’ll talk about why your list is so important, and how to take care of it.
