Ok, you’re ready to really start growing your team and getting more team members. But first, let’s take a look at your recruiting skills.
You already know that getting more team members is more an act of sorting than it is of selling so you’re ready to go.
Let’s look at some ideas to help you get more Yes’s to quickly get your team moving forward.
Establish Clarity About Your Ideal Teammate –
Paint a detailed picture of your ideal teammate.
Get really clear on who it is you want to join your team.
Visualize that person, their age, their attitude, and their income level.
Once you’ve established exactly who you’re looking for, recruiting becomes much easier.
Develop Your Posture –
You get to choose who you want to join your team and who you don’t.
Concentrate on bringing the “right” people into your team.
It might be a little scary the first few times you tell someone they’re not right for your team, but this is what is going to create a massive step forward in your business.
Be firm. Know who it is you want to recruit and only accept those who fit the model.
Over time you will find yourself around more successful, driven people….
Those who will be perfect candidates for your business.
Develop Your Mindset –
Your business will improve only by improving yourself.
Your mindset plays a key role in determining your success.
You will need to get rid of any limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
By meditating, visualizing, or affirming for 30 or more minutes each day, you will become more clear, more confident, and more able to step out of your comfort zone for maximum growth.
Do the inner work, and then, establishing posture becomes a piece of cake.
