4 Simple Steps To Recruiting Success
The year is half over already. Are you doing what it takes to achieve success beyond your wildest dreams?
Now is the time to set the gears in motion so that this can be your best year ever!
There are really only four fundamentals to find success in recruiting:
- You find new people.
- Tell them about your opportunity.
- Schedule a meeting or phone call to share the opportunity with them.
- Re-contact them to follow up and/or get a decision, and then follow-up, follow-up, follow-up as much as necessary.
Steps 1 and 2 are absolutely the most important! If you aren’t talking to people, than you won’t succeed in your Network Marketing business. In fact, anything after finding people and telling them about your opportunity are not really important to you.
What is important is that you offer the opportunity. Whether they join you or not is up to them and you have no control over that. It’s just your job to offer it.
Keep track of your activity. How many new people are you finding weekly, and how many have you told about your opportunity. This will help you set goals and see where you need to work on your skills.
Once they decide to join, then it will be your responsibility to train them to follow the same four recruiting steps.
