In the MLM / Network Marketing model, distributors share their business opportunity with others and develop teams (called downlines). The distributors teach everyone in their team the skills needed to be successful in their business. Each team member purchases products to use, sells products to others and duplicates the process of building and training teams.
The MLM company pays bonuses to distributors based on their sales as well as the sales of their entire team based on volume. The larger your team grows, the more money you make. And those sales continue month after month, year after year – giving you true residual income.
Networkers become wealthy when they teach others to be wealthy.
It is those who focus on helping others that make the most money. Robert Kiyosaki explains that most people don’t make very much money in a network marketing business until they start helping others find that success as well. That is the requirement for success.
Robert also says that network marketing business owners create assets by training other business owners to work under them, who in turn train other business owners, who train other business owners, etc. This continues down many levels and is where the solid income comes from. This is much different than traditional business owners who hire employees.
