One surefire way that you can get Google traffic to your website is to use Google Ads.
This is their paid advertising program. It places ads on the first page using keywords that you choose.
Every time a Google user clicks on one of your ads you have to pay for this. It is a pay-per-click (PPC) program.
A lot of businesses and marketers know about Google Ads, but they are scared to use it because they believe that it will cost them a fortune.
But this is not the case if you approach it in the right way.
Google Ads Have Wide Reach
You can specify the countries, and even specific areas within countries to target your ads.
If you want more leads and customers from the top tier English speaking countries, then you can target:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- New Zealand
When you do this, your ads will only be shown in these countries and nowhere else.
But also keep in mind where you are able to ship or sell. If you want to stay within the United States, you can do that as well.
You can even target a specific state or area to advertise to.

They want to find out more information before they part with their hard-earned cash.
Advertising is an acceptable part of this process for them, and many users will be willing to click on relevant ads to find out more.
This is a lot more powerful than advertising on social media platforms.
People do not usually use social media to make purchases. But they will certainly use Google to do this.
One of the myths about Google Ads is that people are tired of them and will not click on them anymore.
This is completely untrue, and Google makes the majority of its revenue from its ads.
You Are In Control Of Your Google Ads Spend
Another myth about Google Ads is that you can spend a fortune without even realizing it.
This is false as you are in complete control of your ad spend.
You can specify a daily limit that Google will never exceed.
You can also place your own bids for how much you will pay per click.
With Google Ads, the average cost per click depends on the keywords that you are targeting.
At one end of the scale, it can be a few cents, while at the other end it can be as high as $50 per click!
If you are an attorney, for example, you are going to pay a lot more.
Your ad does not have to be in the first position to get clicks.
It is better that you make your ad as enticing as possible rather than worry about what position you are in.
You can get a lot of clicks being in third, fourth, or even lower if your ad really connects with the user.
Give the Google user what they want, and they will click on your ad.
Use Google Ads To Test
Google Ads is the fastest way for you to get Google traffic.
It will take you a few minutes to set up your ad campaigns, and as soon as Google approves your ads, they will be live.
You can use this Google traffic to test out an offer page for example.
We are talking hours here (it can take a day to get a campaign approved) rather than weeks and months with SEO.
So, use it to test that your landing pages are converting and make tweaks to them to improve the conversion rates.
The quality of the keywords you use in your ad campaigns is a major factor in how well Google users will respond to your ads.
When you create ads that promise to provide the answers that users are looking for then you will get the most clicks and the highest amount of targeted Google traffic.
