Let’s look at a couple of ways to attract more people into your team so you can build a strong business. You want to attract people who think like you and who are attracted to you.
In order to attract more people into your business, you will need to learn the prinicples of Attraction Marketing. People do business with people they know, like and trust. Your goal is to put yourself out there in such as way that people will have the chance to get to know you and to build that sense of knowing you, liking you and trusting you. And then you’ll want to work hard to build those relationships.
You do this by branding yourself and educating those who are following you. Find out what their needs are and offer them some training and solutions. The more relevant you can make the information you provide, the more followers you will attract. And as you keep building that, you’ll find them begging you to sell them something or to sponsor them into your business.
If you look at the top people in our business, you’ll see that what they all have in common is the ability to attract people like a magnet.
They are not pushy salespeople who pressure people into their business. In fact, people are attracted to them and want to follow them into whatever they are doing. People like them, what they have to offer and want to do business with them. These followers sell themselves without much help from the top MLMers.
It will take time to become that people magnet yourself. But start right away by providing value, and building a huge following. Nurture your list and continue to provide value. In time, you will have a big team that will grow and grow.
