How to be a Master Networker – Tip 5
We all know people like them, people who seem to know everyone. They’re always ready and able to help — or if they can’t, they know someone who can.
Fifteen minutes after you meet them, you’re already talking like you are childhood friends.
They’re successful, smart and funny… and they’re interested in everything. Who are they? They’re the connectors.
Ready for tip #5 in learning how to be a Master Networker?
Today’s tip is all about “Being A Connector“.
In Malcom Gladwell’s book The Tipping Point , he said “connectors are very special people.” They are the bridge between most people and as a result have a really strong ability to influence the world the way they see fit. When you are a connector, you just inherently know how to get free drinks and get treated like a VIP everywhere you go.
While you might not be good at being a connector yet, it is a learnable skill that can fit into anyone’s schedule, no matter how busy they are.
