In order to have a successful Network Marketing business, you want to find Business Builders – people who sincerely want to build a business! Many will join your business, but few will actually actively build a business of their own.
So how do you find a Business Builder? You might be surprised. They look just like anyone else. You won’t see a sign on their head saying they’re a Business Builder. 🙂
Look for those who are hungry and willing to go to work now. Look for someone who has a positive attitude and who has a business background. A good prospect is someone who has owned their own business or would like to. Busy people are great prospects. You’ve heard the saying, “If you want it done, ask a busy person”? Well, it’s true that busy people are generally good at prioritizing their day and their tasks. Ambitious people are great prospects for your business. Someone who is ambitious generally wants to improve where they are at in life.
Look for someone who has integrity. If they are honest, reliable and punctual in their life, they will be the same in their business. Someone who is professional in their appearance, work ethics, and in their network of connections is also a very good candidate.
You can teach anyone the skills of building their business, but it’s their personal characteristics that can make the difference between success or not in their Network Marketing business. Finding people who possess these types of characteristics can make all the difference in your business.
