1. Personal Shopper: This is the person who is only looking for a hobby or just wants to sell enough to herself and her friends to be able to get her products at a discount. This is perfectly ok as long as you understand you won’t be making much money.
2. Small Business Builder: This is the person who wants to just retail the products. It could be a beautician who wants to sell her skincare products to her salon customers, or a Dentist selling his oral hygiene products to his clients, or even a Doctor or Chiropracter selling nutritional products to their patients. Or it could be a housewife who sells door-to-door in her neighborhood. This is a small business, even though they might be selling thousands of dollars per week. This is also perfectly acceptable, and can earn you a very good income. These people are also great to have on your team.
3. Big Business Builder: This is where you’re going to make the big Rock Star money. This is where you sell some products, but the big difference is you teach others a simple method of selling some products and teaching others to do the same thing. There are lots of names for this, but in my company it is called Sell the Products, Share the Opportunity, and Show Others to do what you are doing.
So if you’re looking to make the Rock Star money, the key is to look for business builders. You want to find people who are good at teaching others how to do what they are doing. Obviously product needs to be sold before any money is made, but the big business builders are the ones who are good at finding others who can teach, and duplicating themselves many times over. You want to create a system of easy steps which can easily be taught and duplicated. Find the good people and send them out to teach the system.
So how are you doing on that?

p.s. Keep in mind when you’re talking with people that whatever they want to do is OK. It’s OK if they want to be a customer, or if they want to just sell your products to a few people. And of course, it’s OK too if they want to be a ROCK STAR! We have room for everyone 🙂
