Understanding How Network Marketing Works
The concept behind Network Marketing is simple. There are two primary principles.
First, the company relies on Independent Distributors to sell its products and services directly to consumers, which is why it is also called Direct Selling.
This means the company depends on the Distributors to market the product and thereby eliminates having to setup storefronts, and advertising and marketing expenses.
Second, the Distributors are granted the opportunity to build their own independent sales organization and network of marketers. They are allowed to build a team (also known as downline) of others who also want their own independent home business. The Distributors receive a percentage of the revenues generated monthly by their team
The Network Marketing Company provides desirable, quality products as well as supporting systems such as operations, customer service, and personal development.
Success in Network Marketing involves getting a large number of people to do a few simple steps over a consistent period of time. The company depends on it’s distributors to learn and follow systems, and then to teach those systems to other distributors whom they sponsor into their teams.
The greatest thing about Network Marketing is that for a very small investment, people can work from home and get the tools and support they need directly from the company or the person who sponsored them.
This works because people are given every chance to succeed without a lot of investment and without a lot of skills. It’s in everyone’s best interest to be sure their team members are successful so it’s a win/win for everyone!
