One of the things to really look at when you are evaluating a company to join is their vision.  What is their mission?  Is it simply to make a lot of money?  If so, the company might achieve that vision but probably won’t last long. Most people join a company looking to make a lot of money, usually because they don’t have any money when they start – but once they've made the money - often more than they ever thought possible, including a fine residual income - money stopped being a factor.

When Evaluating A Company, Find Out Their Vision

One of the things to really look at when you are evaluating a company to join is their vision.  What is their mission?  Is it simply to make a lot of money?  If so, the company might achieve that vision but probably won’t last long.

Most people join a company looking to make a lot of money, usually because they don’t have any money when they start – but once they’ve made the money – often more than they ever thought possible, including a fine residual income – money stopped being a factor.

People who become leaders in network marketing generally look to the mission of the company for their daily excitement and motivation.

Be sure that the company’s mission is consistent with your principles and values.  Nothing will demotivate you more than any inconsistencies between the company’s mission and your own values.

Don’t sacrifice your principles.  You need to follow the mission and principles upon which you have built your life.  When you decide to join a network marketing company or bring someone into your sales organization, make sure your principles remain intact.  At the end of the day, it’s your principles that determine who you are and where you want to go!

p.s.  At the end of the day, the most valuable support you are going to get to build your business is from your active upline sponsor or above.  This is the person who brought you into the MLM, or someone above them, who is acting as your mentor/coach, and who has a financial benefit in your success.

It is far better to work with someone you like, know and trust in a mediocre company, than to work with someone who you do not have an affinity towards in a spectacular company.  Companies don’t make people successful — relationships do.
