Who Should You Look For To Recruit into Your Team?
Top network marketers will tell you not to prejudge when it comes to recruiting distributors for your team. And I can tell you from experience that I’ve never been very good at prejudging them anyway.
I’ve watched ordinary people become extraordinary after working with me for a couple of months. And I’ve seen people who I thought were going to crush it never get started.
The truth is… it’s not who you recruit and sponsor that builds your business… it’s who they recruit and sponsor!
With that in mind, however, there are some people who are better suited than others. Teachers may be well suited for demonstrating products or doing home parties with groups of people, whereas medical professionals such as doctors and chiropractors may be more interested in selling nutritional products.
Look for successful business professionals who are very busy. They already have the belief that they can be successful since they’ve accomplished that already. And many of these people would love the time freedom that our business provides.
Sales professionals are another great source of prospects. People such as real estate and insurance agents already understand the idea that their income would stop if they stopped, and the fact that they are responsible for their income.
Keep in mind, though, that everyone you meet is a potential candidate for your business, and you shouldn’t hesitate to tell all of them what you do.
It is important to not allow your perceptions to stop you from talking to everyone about your business. And don’t pre-judge anyone! Those who aren’t interested will let you know soon enough!
