Why Most Distributors FailNetwork Marketing is a business where the only way to get to the top is to recruit.  Most distributors fail because they don’t work the Network Marketing side enough.

Be sure to take the time to train your new distributor how to work the business and how to get off to a fast start recruiting.  Expect your new team members to recruit.  Those who don’t recruit, normally get discouraged and quit.  Maybe they didn’t have a clear understanding from the beginning of what was expected.

If you have an upline, learn everything you can from that person.  Learn the simple steps for success in your particular company.  If you don’t have an upline who is actually working the business, go to that person’s upline and continue up the ladder until you find someone who will help you.  Start with your raw enthusiasm until you get the help you need.
