Your Lead Capture Page and Autoresponder
Your visitors are live at your website and they want information NOW. You want to know that they have been there so you can follow up.
You will want to have a Lead Capture page, which is just a form that people fill out to request information. When someone fills out that form and subscribes to your list, they become a prospect and they are giving you permission to send them emails. You can continue sending them emails until they opt-out or remove yourself from your Autoresponder.
The benefit of an Autoresponder is that it allows you to deliver information to your prospects at set intervals of time. This way, you are following up without even being aware that you are. Your Autoresponder is going to deliver information over time to each prospect and keep your name and opportunity where they will see it.
People and companies that have large prospect lists make the most money because they can send offers and opportunities to more people. The more people you send a particular offer to, the more opportunity you will have to make sales.
If you don’t have your own Autoresponder, you are only building a list for someone else and this is why most people never make money online. They don’t have their own list and they keep promoting affiliate pages or programs for someone else. This does not give you the opportunity to build relationships with that list.
Your Autoresponder gives you the ability to stay in touch, build relationships, and even market to that person. When you have your own Autoresponder, you take control, you can still promote any affiliate program, but you do so on your terms and not the terms of the company you are selling for.
Aweber is a well-known Autoresponder provider. They take great pride in making sure your emails get delivered to the intended person. I use them and love their service.
